First of all, welcome to The Red Camel Sneak Peek. I'm so glad
that you are here!
What is a Sneak Peek and how does it work?
Red Camel Sneak Peeks are special offerings from The Red Camel
of new items or sale items designed to last for 24 TO 48 HOURS
ONLY . These Sneak Peeks often offer items at lower prices
than they would be listed for on the web site, and many times
the items shown in Sneak Peeks sell out and never even make it
to the web site at all! You can think of these Sneak Peeks as
a secret little tribal jewelry club where YOU get all the good
stuff first! Sneak Peeks are announced on the Facebook page and
on the home page of the web site at least two days prior to being
sent out by email. To subscribe, please send a "subscribe"
email to sales@redcamel.net and we'll get you on the list!
SNEAK PEEK GUIDELINES:
1. Send me an email listing the
item(s) you would like to purchase to sales@redcamel.net.
Please list the ITEM NUMBERS that are posted under the photos.
* If
you are outside the US please let me know so I can give
accurate shipping costs - International shipping is priced differently
than US domestic shipping. We will not falsify customs information
- please do not ask.
* If
you would like us to send a Paypal payment request for
your convenience, please let me know in your email.
2. Items are held on a first come, first served basis.
Requests are taken by email only in the order received.
NO PHONE ORDERS PLEASE.
3. Once you send
your email, you ARE in the queue. Emails are answered
in the order received.
4. I will reply
to your email letting you know if your requested items
are available, the total including shipping and how to make payment.
5. All items
requested and held for you must
be paid for within 24 hours.
NO EXCEPTIONS. If payment
is not received within 24 hours, your hold will be released and
the next customer in line will be notified that the item is available.
I accept paypal payments and credit card payments. You can send
paypal payments to me at deb@redcamel.net. Please send "payment
for goods or services". DO NOT send payment as "family
and friends". Paypal does not allow partial refunds on
"family and friends" so I cannot send a direct partial
refund.
You can call with credit card information: 314-962-3522. If I
don't answer, please leave a message and I will call you back
ASAP!
6. If an item is on hold for
another customer, I can add you to the wait list to
be notified if the first customer does not complete the sale.
7. If you change your mind and no longer wish to purchase
an item that is on hold for you, please let us know.
8. If you have
questions about an item, please ask in your email.
I will try to answer questions as quickly and in as much detail
as possible. Please note that no other photos of Sneak peek items
are available until after the Sneak Peek closes.
9. After payment is received
your items will be shipped to you as soon as possible,
most probably the very next morning.
10. Sneak Peek prices expire at the close of the Sneak Peek
and may be subject to change thereafter. If you have items on
hold at the end of the Sneak Peek, they will still be held for
you for 24 hours at the Sneak Peek price.
And finally - We do our best to make the Sneak Peeks run
as smoothly as possible. Even so there may be times when things
don't work out exactly as planned. Please be patient and we will
do our best to smooth out the hiccoughs and make you happy.

enjoy the Sneak Peeks, including myself!
Please be courteous and follow the above guidelines. I
do appreciate all my wonderful customers and I would like to continue
to send out Sneak Peeks and Sale Sneaks for a long time to come.
