HOW TO ORDER FROM THIS WEB SITE:

1.

Chose the items you would like from the web site and note the item numbers underneath. (With few exceptions, each piece has a number and a price.) Unless otherwise noted, all items are one-of-a-kind and unique.

2.

Give me a call at 314-962-3522 or send an email to deb@redcamel.net letting me know which pieces you are interested in. I will let you know the order total with shipping and insurance (if your mailing address is in Missouri, sales tax is also a necessary evil). Your items will display the message "ON HOLD" during the time I am waiting for your payment or for your check to clear. (I will hold your items for up to two weeks while awaiting payment. If payment is not received within two weeks, the items will be returned to active stock.)

3.

Send payment for your items. If you choose to mail your payment, I will give you the mailing address when you call or email me. You may send payment by any of the following methods:

Checks. Please note that ALL CHECKS (including cashier's checks) will be held 10 to 14 days for clearance. Due to the nationwide increase in check fraud, my bank has recommended that I hold all checks a minimum of10 business days. My sincere apologies for this inconvenience. If you still wish to send a check, please make it payable to The Red Camel.

Money Orders. Your order will be shipped when the money order is received. Please make money orders payable to The Red Camel.

Credit or Debit Cards. The Red Camel accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Please call 314-962-3522 for credit card orders. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THROUGH EMAIL!! Email is not secure and there is a possibility that your information could be intercepted by third parties.

Paypal. Orders paid by Paypal will ship upon receipt of notice of payment. Echeck orders will ship upon notice of cleared payment. Send payments to deb@redcamel.net. Paypal is a FREE online payment service. There are NO sign up or transaction charges to the purchaser. You may use credit cards, debit cards or direct payment from your checking account. Click here to go to Paypal.com. Paypal is accepted for orders up to $500. For orders over $500, please use MasterCard, Visa or Discover, or forward a check or money order.

Paypal payments must be in US DOLLARS. I do not accept currencies other than US dollars. If your payment is sent in any other currency, it will be refunded to you and Paypal will charge you a currency conversion fee.

Cash. The Red Camel accepts cash for in-person purchases only. Cash is accepted at the Red Camel office and at vending locations where The Red Camel is present. For your protection, cash is not accepted for purchases made via the internet or for telephone orders. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

4.

Your items will be shipped to you by USPS Priority Mail within the United States. Shipment on paid orders will be made on the next scheduled shipment day after payment. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY TO ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: The Red Camel ships internationally via the US Postal Service only. Other shippers have extrememly high shipping charges, including additional charges for import paperwork. USPS International priority mail is insurable, offers the lowest shipping charges and does not charge an additional fee for the processing of import paperwork. Please contact me at deb@redcamel.net for information on pricing international shipping.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES: Typically import duties and taxes on interntaional orders for the types of items sold on this web site are quite high. CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES. The Red Camel is not responsible for any national, regional or local customs, duties or taxes imposed by governmental authorities outside the U.S. Please contact local import officials in your country for details on the duties and taxes you will be required to pay upon receipt of your shipment. Commercial goods cannot be marked as "gift" to avoid import duties, and the contents and/or value of the items contained in any shipment cannot be falsified on import paperwork.

IMPORT RESTRICTIONS:
Additionally, some countries restrict the import of silver, coins and other items. The Red Camel cannot ship items to countries that impose restrictions on those items. Additionally, the contents or value of the items contained in any shipment cannot be falsified on import paperwork to avoid restrictions.

IMPORTANT NOTE!
Because of time delays between receiving an email or voicemail order and putting a "HOLD" message on the web site, there is the slight possibility of receiving two orders for the same item. Each order will be taken in the order received. The person making the earlier request will receive the item. When this happens I will notify the person making the second request and ask if they would like to choose another item. I apologize for this inconvenience in advance and thank you for your patience!!

The Red Camel uses recycled, reused and/or biodegradable and recyclable packing materials for shipments whenever possible.
