STRAIGHT FROM THE CAMEL'S
Hi everyone! I'm finally getting used to the hot weather and now I'm
hearing rumors that school is about to start!! I still have lots of
hummingbirds visiting my garden feeder and goldfinches fighting over
the thistle and sunflower seeds, but I guess it's time to turn my attention
to... fall costuming!!
I've noticed that you all have been really busy buying up lots of chain,
coins, mirrors and other DIY components. I still have more stock that
I'll upload to the web site as soon as I can, but in anticipation that
the next month or so will continue at the current pace, I'll will be
restocking DIY things soon just to keep up with demand. I want to see
photos of all the costume pieces you're making! I know they'll be fantastic!
My sister is still busy inventing new costume items for TRC Designs
and I'm making a tentative foray into putting together some jewelry
pieces that will combine tribal and fusion styles to add to The Red
Camel collection. Now that I'm used to the new web site, I have some
extra time to be creative! I'll keep you up-to-date on my progress.
By now I hope you all have had a chance to visit and get used to the
new web site. I know it's taken
me a while to get acclimated, but it seems to be going well for most
of us. If you have any issues with accessing any parts of the site,
or if you have trouble getting it to work correctly for you, please
let me know. Your feedback is sometimes the only way to know if something
is amiss. You can email me with questions, comments and any issues you
may be having at email@example.com.
As always, thanks for being an eNewsletter subscriber!
AT THE RED CAMEL~
This month's enewsletter special is all about the basics! Since Kuchi
items seem to be a staple jewelry component for most tribal dancers,
during the month of August any regularly priced item that has the word
"Kuchi" in the title will be available at 10% off the regular
price. Just use coupon code SUMMERKUCHI10
in the appropriate checkout field and the discount will be applied
to your purchase!!
The Red Camel was selected as one of the first small businesses to be
included in Google's new map feature 'Google Places'. A Google representative
was in the office last week to take photos of both the inside and outside
of the office. This project will take several months to implement, but
when it is finished you will be able to see photos of the office before
you stop by to stock up on tribal goodness!
